last night was downloading megaupload at 180+ KB/s then this morning, everything zero, lowyat forum took me about 2-3mins to load per page and all pings were like at least 50% packet loss. tried 124. , 118. and 115. (the only ip range I could get at tawau sabah, i've never seen 60. and 113. ever since last year) all the same.
