this is 12.38 am on a saturday morning.

According speedtest.net my download speed has dwindled to 0.62mbps. I subscribed to 1mbps pack

But suprisingly, my upload speed was around 0.42mbps. Which i think is kinda good, no?

According to MCMC starting from 1 January 2009 if you get below 90% of the subscribed level you can complaint them.

Why my line attenuation is 45db up/downstream...DSLAM is <1 Km from my house..Before i stuck with the 115 ip its only around 30db..

Finally can stay connected for a longer period of time. Then again, my up and down speed(according to my DSL) is slower than normal. However, I have noticed that my up and down speed likes to change a lot whenever it reconnects again. Dunno why though. ><

Yeah, I get that IP too now. Since 2 months ago. Before that I would only get 60.50.xx.xxx and 118.101.xx.xxx. You should try going on different times in the day. I can only get 60.50 from 12pm till 12am. So I try to get online and keep my connection on for the longest time possible. Other times I get 118.101 or 115.xx range. Both 60.50 and 118.101 is fine for me. But that dreaded 115.xx is hella f'd up!

China website takes forever to load.
YouTube still buffer like shit.
