Anyone encounter problem like i did? Connection during night (8-12pm) damn crap, only can get 0.3mbps max for my 1mbps package. Really stressful with it. Is it normal? Or what else should i do? Please advice

As my above post, my speed from 1am-8pm is very fast, 7.59pm-12.59pm speed really crap. Its really weird.

By the way did you make any complain before? I really dont think this is our problem you know.....Its their fault. But what can we actually do?

Tonight is the first time my speed didn't drop after 2000 hrs..... I am using wireless connection, my small brother use his cute scissor to cut my lan cable into 2 pieces just now

Crap speed will over inside 30 minutes, count down 28 minutes to 1am..... I really sick of this kind of stressful life, should i cut my Streamyx line?

Just called Shitmax again, complain again about the slow connection from 2000-0100hrs problem....

H : REPEAT AGAIN my problem - slow connection speeds from 2000-0100hrs, everyday without miss.

T : Ok sir, did you in front of your computer right now, I NEED YOU to do some trouble shooting (as as as usual).

H : I have called many times and already done all of your "so call" trouble shooting unfortunately it never solve my problem.

T : Sir can you try to troubleshoot (HE CANT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH ) by unplug all the wire from the white box. (WHITE BOX? SPLITTER PERHAPS?)

H : (raise my voice) I have tried many times but problem still persist....

T : I have to make a report (consummate skill as usual) for your issue and pls take down the reference number 1-1234567.

H : Can you clarified for me why the speed will goes down after 2000 hrs everynight? Is it because peak hours?

Chk out my morning speed, did TMnut expect us to stay at home and surfing internet every morning? (No need to work)

TM technician just called me and promise me will fix the problem for me. I already apply half day leave and want to see how they can "solve" my problem. He is on the way now. I will update latest news here.

Peak hour again, speedtest get 0.40mbps for 1mbps package. However my BT still can run like 150kb/s, thats weird.

WTF ? I have chk with my friends, some of them manage to get good speed for whole day, how come my speed only good at non-peak period? The speed at night really crappy (0.2mbps for 1mbps package)

This is really SHITTY. Complaint to TM and the feed back is "the cable at your area unable to support many users at night, thats nothing we can do"....... What kind of service is this for god sake.

p.s - Shitmax expect me to surf net in the morning all the time? No need work and earn money in order to pay the damn RM110? Really pisssssss offffff
