What about steam? Anyone having crappy connections to steam? Going at 1.3KB/s trying to update my dedicated server no matter which download location I choose.

KK, Sabah here. Slowness hit about an hour ago. Reconnecting was a hassle too.

KK, Sabah. Connection and line kept dropping around 4:15pm. Seems to be holding up for the moment. Sometimes pages aren't loading.
