TMnet still have streaming issue... very lag.. keep buffering... previously is ok... now gone worst

Tmnet now change their route from before teleglobe to Cogentco tier's
now i even have issue with streaming and slowdown to europe site's WTF they do again!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

sucks!
nowdays going europe site also slower like going china site's don't even loading for US stream this days. WHAT THE FARK HAPPEN AGAIN!!! can we call this '' Broadband '' ??? what a shame!! average traceroute having 40% of packet loss to europe site and US site. Major US/Europe Site seem very slow loading... only yahoo.com and google.com super fast.... |

i can say Telekom Managment doing Broadband is mostly SUCK ever!
even with their Vendor... Everytime fake those news ACPN 2 cable broken his ass! why other countries or telco who using ACPN 2 doesn't effect?? stupid excuse TM! |
