QUOTE(metalfreak @ Aug 18 2009, 10:14 AM) I doubt it can be used with current 50% discount. normally it can't stack anyway logically yeah, but wouldn't it be great if it could sigh, I've been so busy...haven't been running / register for mizuno. and to make things worse, some idiot scratched my new City. @$$hole damn! whose itchy hands? u park wrong place ke? |

QUOTE(vin_ann @ Aug 18 2009, 10:01 PM) are you refering to running event or joining the pacesetter club??? Good advice how sure that you have brought a "good runner shoe" and which so happened to be NIKE? light not necessary = good. ask urself, 1. do u know ur feet type? 2. do u know ur shoe type? if u know the answer of both questions, most likely u got ur suitable running shoe. else good luck! The next run would be Mizuno Run @ UPM, 10km, 25 October 2009. anyways, if u join pacesetter member, u will get RM10 discount. QUOTE(phoenix @ Aug 19 2009, 04:23 PM) I'll defnitely be getting something frm you for the Malakoff Powerman event.. |

@tien8tien
if ur nt a natural forefoot runner and u 1 2 start nw, it may nt be too late.. but bear in mind its a little more difficult considering eg. 21km all at the frnt of ur feet or 42km all at the frn of ur feet.. 1 thing for sure, ur calves would kill @ccube wow all new shoes.. ganas! |

QUOTE(marvinct @ Aug 28 2009, 10:53 AM) since i got the splint in KOTR, every now and then there is a pulling effect on my shin. Did some 5-7k runs few times after i recovered. no pain. But still feel not 100% and been almost a month now. Even when walking or sitting down will feel my shin is tight and uncomfortable compared to right leg. is it normal that it takes so long to recover? QUOTE(Simple @ Aug 28 2009, 12:10 PM) Hi Marvinct, Hey sole mate..How are you now? It has been 1 month ago from our last run. I think you better pay a visit to specialist doc to seek their advice. Did u take any medication to recover? Whoa! can u run then this sun? Bro, i agree with wert simple say.. we are no docs here @vin_ann training commenced to be a forefoot striker? keke |

QUOTE(triple02 @ Sep 2 2009, 08:16 AM) Hey guys' 40k without LSD? looking good! its been a while since i posted here but good to be back nonetheless, still pounding the roads for PB and the SGMara though i really need to pickup on my LSD, weekly mileage hits up to 40K thats without any LSD, tried clock in a LSD last Saturday but crashed and burned at 10KM mark, felt pretty useless when i dont hit my intended mileage, ah well ill keep going at it btw just wondering if you guys do take any multivites? I take Kordel's Glucosamine only seriously thinking of starting up on Multivites like Vitamin C and those fish oil capsules do share if you take yea, im a noob when its comes to this vitamins? hehe they say chocolate milk works just as well and some say even better.. i tink hv to check with ccube or phoenix for this..
