I try it...quite OK...and is RM 169 However, I cannot find this series in the addidas store which is strange...i saw it in Isetan definitely worth considering.. QUOTE(Liuism @ Jul 29 2009, 07:19 PM) nope, seldom run...i thinks its the shoes i wear,no cushions wow, seldom run? but if dun run often hw do da cushions wear out?i just got my vest for the KOTR, reallly i wear the L oso very tight edi.. ur shoes are old? u hv to run regularly to build bone density/ strength in your knees and feet QUOTE(chgchksg128 @ Jul 30 2009, 08:14 AM) ccube, do u mean this shoe that is cheap is an old model? I still do not understand why adidas want to differntiate the market with different models. Here we only have supernova in local adidas. This adidas shamiso is mayb for US market...i saw in some website but not from adidas website how often do u see adidas selling their shoes at RM169? if ur buying it in M'sia and of coz supernova is amongst the latest.. launch this yr or last.. i tink the latest is gazelle though.. |

QUOTE(Liuism @ Jul 30 2009, 12:03 PM) the shoes i talking abt is those like working shoes, outing shoes..flat, hard wan may i assume u dun run often then?i dun train for 10k, but i do alot of sports occassionally..i run oso run for 2.4-5k below 20 mins, i train endurance more.. b specific.. wat sorta shoes u use? badminton shoes? u say u train for endurance? in wat way??.. bear in mind for us as runners it means running OFTEN to INCREASE MILEAGE hence endurance.. 10km 3/4 times a week to sum is nth as runners running 2.4 -5k even daily doesn't help much.. FYI, i too run 2km and 5km BUT for speed training oni once a week.. 3/4 times a week i do 3x 10km and 20km as me LSD WOw looks like lotsa ppl opting to run Sing i guess u all will see race organization in a diff light for me.. m--u--st resi--st the poi---son.. Hi all,
Did y'all hv a good run? I had quite a good one despite seeing 2'00 on me watch pass by.. finished in 2'09 It has been sum time since I last saw the 2hr mark appraching I haven been doing me LSDs for I think 2 weeks due to me injury To top things off, did a hard brick training yest (80km bike + 8km run) causing me thighs to burn as I ran today I think needless to say me semi dislocated arm was paining throughout the run Tried to pace marvinct initially but wasn't able to follow him, he dropped me i ran the race cadence style + walking a few of me pcaemaker peeps passed me and I was encouraged to follow them, thank GOD for them else I would have never finished under qualifying time.. this was I tink me most talkative race of the year as I had lotsa uncles and all whom encouraged me to pace with them I though the traffic control was terrible though.. |

But towards the end after entering stadium entrance, my husband saw me from afar and grabbed my hand. We ran towards the finish line together. He finished a few mins earlier and was already wearing his selipar. He's such a doll I tell you |

QUOTE(Syd G @ Aug 3 2009, 09:44 AM) I used to run alone. I understand how u feel hehe Eh Finish late ma. Late finishers are very unlucky - no Milo, no water, no medal, nobody gives a hoot about you. So it's nice to know someone is waiting for you @ the finish line rain or shine QUOTE(marvinct @ Aug 3 2009, 09:56 AM) think i aggravated my shin splints in KOTR. QUOTE(rukawa @ Aug 4 2009, 12:10 PM) Okay, I think it was my mistake also. Didn't train at all after the Siemens Run and then I go straight for the KOTR 22km. Maybe that's why. Wow QUOTE(marvinct @ Aug 4 2009, 12:15 PM) pre scklm my lsd is 30k ma, so plus weekday 30k =60k lo. still under distance la, but my goal is to simply complete the distance without much difficulty only. not going for timing. Ur pre scklm memang no prbs but ur post scklm gt prb now back to 40k per week should be comfortable for a half marathon rite? But now injured, have to recover first. Ya, abt 40per week should be okies la, include hill work oso la.. QUOTE(marvinct @ Aug 4 2009, 01:53 PM) I going for PBIM, either half or full still undecided. Half la Gold coast sound very interesting. I'll see how things pan out. Maybe depend on my GE30k timing next year. Pace with u again.. QUOTE(Syd G @ Aug 4 2009, 02:56 PM) @hanjo55 I stop when I queue. Add a few seconds as needed QUOTE(Liuism @ Aug 4 2009, 03:33 PM) Yeah i know about that.Im nobody la, i just joined for the lulz...
