On a diff note, i started running pretty early last sat; way before 5.45am (nt dat early for those running 30km+) on the 20km route frm LG to Hartamas nearing Tijani i saw a whole bunch of ladies running they were mostly like at a 7/8 min pace, i do wonder what time they started?

i was kinda happy to see them... as before 6am in the morning.. hehe that route is pretty scary..
