run about 10KM play futsal for 2 hours but then got me friend to send me back after futsalÂ

hmm my training plan at the moment;
Mon -8km
Tues -8km (Hilly) + 40km bike [but as u see it varies

roads were wet so ...]
Wed -40km bike [or run 10km]
Thurs -9km or 12km
Fri -chill
Sat -LSD or 100+km bike
Sun -Short Run (5km or so) +Futsal/ Badminton
marathon? not so soon la ..jz started running ..close to a year only hehe

maybe second half of this yr
