i think it is a female too. i've been comparing the pectines and genitals pictures form my other longi and i really think it is a male.
i have to re take a few more pictures of my longis because i think we may have wrongly sexed them in V4.
i gave him a meal worm and it just grab it and started eating.
Only God know how long he have been hiding behind the crack at the medical ward. he is so thin.

done already. it is clean and it is now in a quarantine container for a few days to see if there is any mites on him. from my naked eye observation i cant see any.
i always do this to all of my scorpions. a very close up inspection using my eyes and also my camera.
i will spend hours analyzing the pictures.

use rat glue on a cardboard. put a nice piece of ikan masin or hot dog on it and put it on the place you always see them passing by. when you get one you can choose either option of killing them:
a. drown them in a bucket of water. b. throw them out with the garbage. c. if ur living near a busy street, just wait for a really big lorry to past by and just before the lorry past you just throw the cardboard with the mice so you can get nice mice pancakes.

i just realised that i have never posted any pic of the alleged female longi.
i really hope that i don;t have 4 males with me. if that is the case then it is a real problem for me.

so we are not in short of supply of spinifers.
i need a solid confirmation on the ses of the longis. if all are males then i will let them go for adoption.
i don't want a gay club in my room.

yup. in the wild the survival rate is really very small. not considering the ones that are killed in forest fire cause by slash and burn farming techniques like they still practice here in sarawak.
it is a good thing to have a lot of them born. just prey that you don;t have the survival rate like my first brood. less then 0.5% survival rate.

oh how i hope that you have a nice dslr with a very good macro lens to capture the image.
it is really luck for you to have the mother giving birth in a position that is very good for documentation.
