SingTel only guarantees stock to customers who have made a preorder.

Walk in customers are limited to 600 daily.

Added on July 9, 2009, 3:58 pmplease do take note that the coundown counter states now at 1d 4h 5m. Not sure their 1d = 24hrs or else. We'll know in about 4hrs time.

In 4hrs time, ard 8pm if it shows 24hrs to go, means they will launch it tomorrow at 8pm!!!! And to those whom had not preregistered, suggest you move fast. Take emergency leave or MC or whatever to be in queu.

hmm, wat about those who signed up a plan more than 12 moons alreaedy with singtel, but not the iphone plan, are those eligible for upgrade?

Ahh...this explains Y launches are alwiz in the night - so people can go to work in the afternoons and go for the launch

My Maxis Insider asked me where I was when Maxis launched the 3G and I told him he didn't send me an invite so I didn't go ! muAHahAHahHAha

Given the current economic slowdown and since every1 is still happy with their current i3G, the new launch may not be significant compared to last year. (I mite b wrong). But some of my S'porean friends wasn't really bothered about the phone at all....

So give it a try, you maybe surprised. But of coz don't go on sunday larrrr, that might be 2 late liao.... try Fri, if can't go on Sat 2.. else fail try Sun.... give it a shot. You may never know....

is the 16g 3gs offer by singtel more expensive than the out of stock 16g 3g?? If i read it correctly, US launched the 3gs at the same price as 3g....rite??

Just cause US launched it at the same price doesn't mean the rest of the world has to follow suit Also, nowhere do U see our phone prices at RM99 or S$99

That U will need to check with SingTel. I'm quite sure the old stocks are still available but am sure they won't be replenishing stocks since the i3GS is out

I don't think u can get 16GB i3G from Singtel anymore coz they won't be selling that particular model anymore. It's being replaced by 16GB i3GS!!!! You may wanna try ur luck wif phone dealers or some forumers at the Garage Sales!
