If you can do until fail, then you should increase more weights. |

Whats important is not the pump, but progress
play around with the poundages, reps, sets, volume etc etc Not enough info on your routine, but that usually happens if u've been doing the same routine for some time A lot of it is trial and error, find out what works for you |
