i saw case-mate also has an external battery pack cum casing.

looks better than mophie juicepack with its matte finishing. but then the battery is only 850mAh compared to mophie's 1200mAh

i am using 3G with 3.0.

I am heavy on emails, sms, calls, map and etc. I used to have 3G mode on but lately i switched off the 3G, hence on Edge.

Honestly, the battery is a LOT better. My emails are now checked manually. The speed is slightly slower but if i need to, i switch 3G on lah.

With my style of using the phone, it can last me 1 and half days max.

I wonder if I kept my iPhone plugged-in the whole day while using my phone will have any damage to my phone.

I have been searching for the answer. =P Example, I am working in an office where I can kept my phone plugged-in to kept my phone at 100% while using it to surf and some heavy usage.

I wonder will it reduce the number of charge cycles and provide me a fully charged phone when I am going out at night.

Till now, I just found positive answers in the web.

call & sms = 5-9 hours *non stop..
call & sms (normal usage) = 8-15 hours
3g surfing, map, etc. = 2-5 hours *non stop..
games (call & sms less) = 4-6 *non stop..
standby = 2-4 days (depend on how u use)

mine is only 5 hours. eventhough just bought it last sunday. 5 hours only,minimum calls and text messages. use about 1-2 hours of wifi and play games. i off my hp when im sleeping.i dont use 3g and i turn off notifications and other stuffs too. what should i do?

It's normal la. iPhone is a high performance phone la what do you expect.

guys.. im having a problem here.. my battery drain so fast.. this is not happen before but after i change a network configuration(fake setting to cut data using).. my batt can not last at all!! i charge until 90% at 1am.. then when i wake up in the morning(6.30am) the batt just only left 22% on SLEEP MODE.. how to do guys?? but if i change to on data usage back the phone become normal.. how to do?? i dont have any plan for data now.. thats why i change the setting.. help me guys.. :-(

I didnt know that. My area no 3G. only edge.

yes it is.. before this im always running on edge.. but now have to cut everythng.. off data.. haiihh...
