i dunno about modding acoustics but C901 loudspeaker less "umph" compared to my C702.
but it's loud despite being thin..

err.. there are reviews by china website (forgot the save the link) that shows C901 picture is somehow better (more details) than C905 eventhough you resize the 5MP C901 to 8MP on computer and compare one to one with C905 fresh pics..

but the phone does not come with USB cable or M2 cards.
AP price around RM760.. buy fast bfore hari raya price increase..

metal body, good phone i can say, u can see many users on K800i thread still using this phone even after years of usage..
camera with autofocus and xenon flash, the best in 3.2MP region..
3G, video call camera.

for used set, i dont know how much.. with RM500 maybe u can get used K850i, 5MP autofocus with xenon flash..(but this phone got many issues, if no problem sure very good edi..)

bought 2 weeks ago with AP price = RM760, without cable and M2. I bought at Kuantan, kompleks Teruntum.
M2 you can bought online here at garage sales.. 4GB is around RM60 include postage..
cable u can use any previous SE model if u already got one before..

so far problem free, no BROD issue after 2 weeks without turn off or restart.. i just use and charge.. battery life for medium usage is 2 days.

At first, i wanna suggest the T707 dedicated thread at here, but since there are not many users yet,
u might need to do a little research by ur own..
for info, T707 only does 15fps @ QVGA and you can use the led as video light.
15fps for me is a big no.. but if you think clamshell design is more important than good specs, then go for it..
maybe got maria sharapova video inside?

yup.. keep away from dust. and dont play games with joystick, use the keypad if u can..

SE with joystick always got trouble.. thats why they ditch the joystick for good already..

Nokia N82, got wifi, 5MP Xenon flash. AP price around RM1000 only.. 2GB memory included..
SE C905, got wifi, 8MP Xenon flash. Price dunno, but still within your budget.

other than that, N85, N95 8GB, N96.. (all no xenon flash)

N85 has very good screen..

u can try sony ericsson c901. it got xenon flash and focus assist led lights.
other features; Smile shutter, BestPic, Smart Contrast, Face detection, PhotoFix as well as geo-tagging
ap set costs around rm760
comes with earphone and charger only. usb cable and m2 are not included.

(all hp maybe price increased cos raya is coming, better buy fast, any brands also got price increased).
now is okay.. dun buy during ramadan, raya and after raya. unless u found shop that sell lower price than now..

bigger screen than C901, but no xenon flash..
not a bad choice if u dun mind led flash..
nice design, like a digital camera..

for me, if wanna buy hp that costs more than RM1k,
i'll buy nokia..

i only buy SE phones that priced below RM1k..
why? because Nokia phones can do more things, thanks to symbian OS..


N86 camera compared to W995 camera?
I think N86 camera more superior.

i dunno about how fast is 6220c, but both 6220c and C901 cannot do WLAN or wifi. Go for N82 if you want wifi, but the price is now around RM1000 for ap set.
I still have C702 (2008 phone) it's using DB3150 platform, very slow compared to new C901 (2009 phone), which is using new platform DB3210.
3D games also alot faster in C901. I mean really more faster..

firmware is also quite stable, C901 has no big problem like auto restart or auto-turn off..
Audio quality is okaylah.. It's Sony
But loud speaker grill is located at bottom part.. The shape of the loudspeaker makes it sounds abit distorts if you put the phone on a table..
When u angkat the phone up, sounds is very much similar like my C702.. just the grill design makes it's different..
Still can hear because the speaker grill is curvy shape.. When put phone on surface, it'll not totally block sound coming out..

the price question i dunno..
usually when festive season is coming, alot of ppl buy new phones, can show off to cousins during balik kampung
high demands + low supply = price increase lah

better buy now. still not ramadan yet..

But if you compare specs head to head with SE C901, the Nokia couldnt stand a chance..
