for nokia 6120, priced RM496 according to that seller, is quite better spec than 5310xm too.. My friend got using it last time, it was a pretty fast phone too..

or from SE phones, u can get K770i, RM484 according to that seller price..
screen abit tiny, but the 3.2MP camera really give nice pictures. Because of it's lens size to mega pixels ratio..
U know what i mean, ya if 10MP camera but with tiny lens also i doubt it can give high quality image..
the K770i is 3.2MP camera, while those nokia mentioned before only got 2MP..
image quality wise, K770i better lah..
K770i also doesnt have joystick anymore.. Sony replaced it with d-pad. so less prone to joystick damage..

for sound of course, with sony, not an issue lol..

ya.. price is more or less the same..
hard for me to choose between those two phones actually..
fast S60 symbian- i'll take nokia
good picture- i'll take K770.. hands down

symbian phones can do alot of things.. like viewing word documents, excel, pdf and such things.
while the sony is limited to java applications only, quite boring too..
but tell me how many will choose to open word document and view it on tiny screen instead of pc, rite?

i guess you'll deal with pictures more than word docs in a handphone rite? haha..

bear in mind, u may need to allocate budget for memory card as well..
i dont know whether above price is including memory card or not..

i'll take C901, mainly because of its xenon flash.
C903 gps is fun too.. but it doesnt help much..
ya you can run wayfinder navigator, but it requires data.. data means money.. you can save a little by preload malaysian maps.. but leceh la..

i had a C702 with gps equipped.. so i know what a SE GPS can offer..
mainly for free GPS applications, it's only fun to do this..


also slider phone vs candybar type.
u need to be extra careful with slider type.. i mean not just C903, but with any slider phone...

OMG, you messed up the numbers.. but i blame nokia for that.. Damn, the numbers are really confusing..
5130xm is newer than 5310xm, but for appearance.. I'll take that sexy 5310xm..
basically both are the same spec, but only different body and screen..
price wise, 5130xm abit cheaper..

Tomorrow u go try these two phones, see which one suits you more.
Also, if the shop got 6210c and K770, ask for 'test-drive' too.. hehe..

no, C901 dont even have build in GPS to start with..
only C903 has gps

but these apps require money


honestly, i boring already play with SE GPS..
it require alot of battery, and GPS locking takes time too, sometimes more than 5 minutes before connected..

only got two walkman phones that can do wifi,
W705 - cheaper, 3.2MP no autofocus.
W995 - latest one, 8MP autofocus... i recommend this one

Nokia 5800xm is a great nokia phone.. suitable if you always need to online.. You can ask Nokia sifu in the 5800xm thread..

Ya need money to use. Any phone can install google maps including your K850i.
It uses GPRS data or 3G..
to be honest, backup is a good idea,
I have transfererred messages, contacts and all datas.. From a K320i to C901,
Amazingly all messages date are still intact.. (same time, same day as originals)

its quite useful for a person who likes to update firmware too.
because even if you transfer messages to memory card,
after fw update, the phone will not be able to read..

the only solution is to backup to computer using that software and restore it back to phone after fw updates

w595 quite nice music centric phone, stereo speakers. Easier said, it does whatever things about music, and does it well.

But u might want to consider other thing as well, it has no 3g front camera, no camera lens protection, no flash or led light, poor video recording QVGA @ 15fps.

btw, W595 now cheap cheap only woh..
RM630~RM650 can get for full package of AP set.

then you should also consider N79.. I've read good comments in N79 thread, they said after update phone.. become faster and no hang anymore..
N79 = 1040
N85 = 1300
N86 = 1600
N95 = 1400
N96 = 1500
N97 = 2050

estimated price of N series phone.. plus minus RM50..

got one, it's C702, Rm600 can get already
but u pay for the GPS navigation lah..
not like nokia wan..
this one cannot install garmin mobile xt.
