I hreally have fun during my Kenshin's floor time...first he will go blur blur and keep burying his face at my legs, then after few minutes he'll gain confindence to run here and there....he runs so fast and like play hide and seek...so cute hihi happy.gif the diif between my hedgie and my guinea pig is even though he ran fast, he wont struggle or run away when i wan to pick him up while he roam around..

last time he always poo n pee during floor time, but now no more...thant means he learn to hold well and not stressed izzit? last time got green poo summore...

Sorry to hear abot your loss. cry.gif Mine once ended up inside the pumping hole on the ground where water discharges, took me heck of a time to get her out.

anyone know who to make a diy wheel for the hedgehog?
*
Try this > quite Interesting ... or this
.. As for me I rather save the hassle and buy one.

For far Silent wheel and Silent Spinner are the same to me, cause I have both. Only the price is more expensive for Silent Spinner. Overall after using for more than a year, I never face any issues as reported.

What is 'is it any exident recored'? I can't make up any words to interpret what you're saying.
Anyway, neither porcupine nor hedgehog are able to shoot out their quills... This is how a porcupine looks like.

Shoot out their quills and they'll be bald in no time. doh.gif

Shouldn't be a problem. Cedar is the one that is more hazardous to health.

Cedar (Cedrus) is a genus of coniferous trees in the plant family Pinaceae. (source wiki)

Some beddings are made of cedar, hence more hazardous to our little critter's health (cause they live on it)... If you read up on cedar bedding, it contains some kind of acid or poison that may cause lung inflamation.

Generally beddings like Chipsi is okay. Perferrably without fragrance.

There are many kinds (species) of porcupines, but the one in the picture can be found in Malaysia and the natives said it can be eaten -.- Tasty stuff..

Those have already found new homes =)

I only have 1 Cinnamon

Old picture, but like it the best.. Hehe, escaped and climbed up my table. Took me an hour to find her, cause I'm searching at the wrong place.
