Previously I'm suffering from the FC too... But after the first service and 2nd pump, it just got better... I dunno why... if it continues like that, I shall get 400KM per full tank...

I sent my car to Mutiara Damansara Proton Sales and Service Centre for check on the Fuel Consumption, Power Steering and Balancing Alignment. Too bad the machine was broken down, so they couldn't check on the balancing alignment. However, they checked the other two and found no issues.

I paid zero cent for the service and later, I did drive to a few places. Apart from Mutiara Damansara, I also drove to Shah Alam and Putrajaya and surprisingly, my 3rd Fuel Bar dropped at 205KM. I still have half of my tank at 205KM mileage!

My FC report. dun trust the indicator...its kinda...u know...not true sweat.gif

- 1 bar = 80 km
- 2 bar = 160 km
- 3 bar = 230 km
....
the final 3 bar is kinda disappointing becoz its not consistent. usually have the blinking around 350+ km.
Full tank from the blinking usually around RM 50 - 60. sometimes more...

i would say dun keep ur hopes so high..i already have a 30k mileage and my half tank usually indicates 200+km too but it finishes around 270-290 if lucky...

its not not consistent but the way the fuselage is built the other 3 bars have less petrol holding already...

tear out all first...then use wd40 spray at tissue paper and use it to wipe at the gum residue...
after that, wash that area with shampoo to clean up wd40...

I'm going for my first service this weekend, anything to take note ? Like oil should use mineral or semi? Someone said mineral for better break in...and also anything i should cut out so that they dont overcharge me during service? appreciate your comments guys, thanks !
