from what i know, as my saga just came out last week. EON dealer explained to me;
within year of purchase, the battery replacement is not free BUT the delivery of the battery is free.
imagine yourself suddenly have a dead battery far from car workshops, call them up for delivery, pay just for the battery.

Anyone here have change their battery already? My Iswara last time the first battery only last for 1 and half year. After that, I never use battery from Proton. Just change outside or DIY. For this BLM, Don't know how long can last.

Hmm, some technical question here.

1. Based on the gear ration calculator, i noticed that at the same speed auto transmission rev lower than manual, is it true? Usually the auto car rev higher than manual in the same speed, no?

2. M-line tyre is 185/60R14, B-line is 175/70R 13, the difference only the width and rim size rite? How about the diameter of the tyre?

Hope someone can give an answer, thank you..

Yeah you are correct, proton source the manual gearbox from nissan because they can choose the gear ratio to suit the power band of the car where as Mitsubishi is for the auto gearbox which does not offer that kind of flexibility. I think the auto gearbox is meant for a more powerful car coz the ratio is too long compare to the manual which the ratio is so short.

Then may i say nearly no different? hmm.gif Because i read those measurement from 'car bibles' and noticed that the reading is only for the high of sidewall, sectional width and rim size...but some how the diameter also got some differences.. rclxub.gif

Anyway, that means at the same RPM, M-line saga is slightly faster than B-Line Saga... laugh.gif

guys, decided to go with BLM instead of savvy, however not sure which to choose from, Baseline Auto VS MedLine Auto..

saw from the spec, besides cosmetic different such as finishing, airbag, electronic stuff, my concern more is towards the car weight as well as tyre itself, wondering Bline 13" VS 14" difference. driving experience etc.

check from tyre manutacturing website, hard to find perfomance or high grade tyre for 13" size, even 14" also seldom, not that common.

any owner mind to share experience? hows the ride/tyre/comfy level between BLM Bline and BLM Mline???

owner input/opinion much appreciated... thx.

duh..do u know what are rims? m-line uses aloi rims, by right should be lighter than b-line's steel rims. which indirectly makes the so-called m-line is faster than b-line.get what i mean?both car are the same in term of power and weight.

GibsonBFG
stocks are always a minimum requirement. getting into accidents are normal for stock tyres as the grip aint the best in rainy days. dun compare b and m for its tyres and rims. U can change it anyway if ur not happy with it..its a wear and tear product thou.

I said M-line 'faster' than B-line totally based on their circumference, so at same engine RPM, M-line should be slightly faster than B-line, this is what i guess, of course both have 'almost the same' power to weight ratio... wink.gif

About the rim, thanks for the clarification, because last time i called B-line rim, the dealer just said it don't have rim but only 'cap'... laugh.gif
