Hi guys, I recently checked my CCRIS and noticed I have ptptn arrears of 4 months starting in Dec 2022 even tho I've applied for deferment to study my masters in Nov. Any ideas whats going on?

4 month arrears starting in dec 2022 and froze(?) since May 2023 at 4mths

Looking at ptptn statements I see 4 upah charge (Dec, Jan, Feb March)





Is this normal to pay for upah even after deferment? but why just 4 month? I'm planning to go to PTPTN to clarify but would like to know if anyone could clarify this? Is it my fault? I paid 800 (4mth installment) today in panic.
