It's shameful that people borrowed money to study but choose not to repay it because of some "promises" made by politicians.

It's not because you can't afford it, you just don't have the ethics to repay your loans.

Imagine you borrowed a 42k loan from a bank, do you think the rates will be lower than PTPTN?

Sadden by selfish people who choose not to repay PTPTN till other youths are affected, which will happen in near future since everyone is defaulting on their PTPTN repayment.

Technically, you need to repay the initial loan by PTPTN for the 1st program you get terminated and then only you'll get funding for the next program

The right thing to do is to terminate the loan, and reapply for new one.

But the Malaysian thing to do is just ignore it since you are in the same university. Do note that the amount paid earlier would not be given back again.

Meaning if PTPTN gave you $$ for 2 semesters dy, you will only get the money for the remaining sem.

Highly doubt it.
