yea he is gonna mod his G15v2 but not in anytime short though...he is trying to get the parts now...some needs to order

LED mods hav been done before.... But that one is for G15v1... I guess it will be similar for v2 as well... Still, I'm drooling over G19.... Will get it once they revise the price a bit....

lol...accordin to my this fren, he saw the G15v1 modding and then he tried with his G15v2...he said its so different from the v1 one...then he gave up until recently he said tat he found out a way...so he is gathering all the parts now

it could be a promo, but so far no one confirmed its a promo yet...if USD increase then the price will increase as well, same like razer products

guys, don't take it so negatively, it's not necessary is a promo, yeah, it's cheap if compared to the exact currency conversion price, but yet rm569 is still expensive, especially during this hard time, and it's not easy to sold an unit of it isn't it? perhaps they selling different price on different regions?

yes, and there are also possibilities that they reduced the price in malaysia due to our income, what for if they insist to sell it expensive while no ones is getting it while there are some potential buyers if they do reduce the price?

er...the SS 7G keyboard is more expensive then G19 and price nvr reduced

ss 7G is a mechanical keyboard, while G19 is not if i not mistaken, and mechanical keyboard are pricey, and is it really worth for mini lcd color keyboard, and inter-changeable backlit for that kind of price? but this also depends on individual preference though. and ss 7g market were not large, correct me if i'm wrong.

ya lo... looking for it... but where to put this G15? sell it? never...

today i did some cleaning routine and found that the rubber side of the G15 looking for dust more and more... damn, and i noticed this is when i moved to the other house which is has no air-cond or even hotter..., i think it's the hot temperature made the rubber sticky, ain't it?

@Pis, if u need all the marco keys.. then probably you should go get the G15.. Or add up bit.. Get the G19.. Damn, wanna see who own the G19.. And you can always ask uncle google..

do u want more macros? what type of keys do u like? what type og backlight u want? LCD? etc etc...

if u like the laptop style keys and everything dont really matter than the lycosa.

if u like laptop style keys and want some macros...get the X6

if u like normal keys or if u want easy to use macros...then G15.



but seriously...forget lycosa la...either consider the X6 or the G15.

if macros is important to u....get the G15. the X6 macros is damn stupid. especially when recording the macros through software.

it can support up to 6 keys for G19 that wad i know from review

if u wan blue light then go mod your G15 once u got it...lol

comfort...thats entirely up to u as to what u find to be comfortable.

black + blue backlight....eerr....the G15 and X6 arent blue...can mod..but void warranty...the only one that matches this blue+black thing would be the lycosa...but...lycosa = imho.

OR

u can buy the G11 HERE...which is essentially a G15v1 without the LCD. bang for buck keyboard imho. only thing is it aint black (unless u mod and spray it like my G15 )

I am not "modder" type, ha...ha...I don't like G11, kinda old...I don't really care much about the blue backlight, orange backlight also beautiful, but it will not match with my case....

Ok, maybe I should buy logitech g15, more stylish than lycosa, but the main feature that I like most about lycosa, because it is a rubber finish...

Not all are suitable for flat keypads. LIK is not gaming grade but for me, it is. I don't judge it by grade. As long it suits me, it's fine with me

i was considering logitech illuminated or G15
i like the white backlid looks elegant....but G15 looks pro in gaming ( my bro do game a little)

So, both have very close price tag...i wonder how good is logitech illuminated and logitech G15 in terms of typing..( not gaming) and material build.

If the game that your bro play doesn't require any macro and you said more to typing, LIK is better.

if u do make use of the macro buttons then get the G15

depends oso la....i have a G15v1 in the office...not because i play game but i type alot.....but my typing is alot of repetitive syntax so the macros come in handy when it comes to the syntax.

saves hell of a lot of time....seriously... i think even the G15v2 oso not enough for me for my macros in the office
