Hi Blasto,
Your neighbour is so cruel!
What if someone cut off thier fingers... how would they feel?
I believe your neighbour cut off the whiskas so as it won't go off wandering... I heard from friends its a 'petua' if you don't want your cats to go wandering cut off their whiskers.
But its cruel.
Do you know that a cat whiskas are good for:
* Navigation
* Mood indication
* Measuring an opening
Whiskers help the cat feel his way around. Whiskers are so sensitive that they can detect the slightest directional change in a breeze. At night, for example, this helps a cat slink its way through a room and not bump into anything. How? The air currents in the room change depending on where pieces of furniture are located. As the cat walks through the room and approaches the couch, he'll know which direction to turn based on the change in air current around the couch.
In addition to having sensory properties, a cat's whiskers are also a good indicator of his mood. When a cat is angry or feels defensive, the whiskers will be pulled back. Otherwise, when the cat is happy, curious or content, the whiskers will be more relaxed and pushed forward.
But the whisker's primary use is to help a cat judge whether or not he'll fit through an opening. A cat's whiskers are roughly as wide as his body -- sort of a natural ruler. The whisker tips are sensitive to pressure. You'll probably see a cat stick his head in and out of an opening before he puts his body in. He's judging the width of the opening, and is determining if he can fit into it. An interesting note: cats don't have a true collar bone, like humans. This allows them to turn and twist their way through very narrow openings.
The cat wont die but it will be in discomfort for a while. Don't worry too much it will grow back.
I feel like cutting your neighbours hair and see how they feel without hair on their head!

Thanks for replying...
Yes Luna already got his first vaccination, this coming 30th he will get 2nd vaccination.
When I took him to the vet, doc said his weight and body is ideal (although I really feel Luna will be more handsome if he is a little chubbier, at 3 months he is now 1.08kg) Doc then ask how many time he do his business, and how is the stool, and also his appetite. Doc then took stool sample and examine it under microscope, doc said she did not find Corona virus inside the stool, in which doc said will be the worse case that might can Luna have...doc then asked me to monitor another 7 days to see if there is any improvement.
The medicine for Luna is liquid form immune booster, antibiotic and charcoal tablet.
I will follow your advise. I do hope he will get well soon...wish us the best ya~!
I think Luna will be ok since he is on the above medication.
If you want to fatten up little Luna, I suggest you give him boiled chicken breast 3 times a week and you will definitely see the weight gain as the chicken breast is full of protein.
You can also get Luna some vitamin B complex (small yellow round pills from the general hospital) to boost up his appetite.
Good Luck and Get well soon Luna!
