last time i went to the branch and hv them updated my mobile phone number in their system (even though mobile phone was clearly stated during the cc application), only i can register for the online banking

it's always difficult to argue with them, they'll tell u the conversation rate is difference as the posting date for different cards will be different
that's y i think BNM should ask all the banks to show the conversion rate and the admin charges clearly on the statement

got my card last friday thru poslaju, 2 weeks after the treats fair
but actually i can collect the card on the application day itself, but after 5 hrs of the application

just activated the AMEX thru the phone number printed on the back of the card , quite fast to get thru to CS, and her voice is very pleasant

Just noticed that I've received the 8% cash back for PBB CC mth 1
but did not manage to get the max RM50

, what is the last date of that month for your transaction which made the total to RM625?
i mean you could hv swipe >RM625 (thus reaching the max cash back of RM50) at the 1st swipe but your eight swipe is in the 4th week.

strange, my 9th transaction was posted on 16th June (totalling > RM625), yet the cash back is RM36 only
maybe no cash back for petrol??

need to go back and chk my earlier statements

yup, confirmed online bill payment/prepaid reload thru pbebanking not qualify
but all my petrols qualified

what to do? get the cards and swipe twice each
wait for the bill and pay fully
wait for the next bill with RM0 balance
