Hi,

Am not sure if this has been discussed here but any Citibank users received letter/statement from Citibank re change in CL calculation?

I received a letter but I haven't quite bothered to read the 2 page letter - lazy mah, anyone wanna give a brief summary? biggrin.gif

It means let say you got two citibank credit cards and they got own credit limit respectively, thus will add up ur credit limit..But now, your credit limit based on individual highest credit limit and not combined as previously...

Bonus Points Earned = 1992
Bonus Points Redeemed = 216
Nett Points Received (Bonus Points Earned - Bonus Points Redeemed) is correct based on the bill amount for the current month, which is 1772 in my case.

To me that doesn't cut my points.

@arsenal, did the Bonus Points Redeemed caused the mis-understanding ?
*
Yes ronnie..I am wondering..Is that means that we dont get any points for hypermarket?

There's no deduction of points lah....
They increased the points earned and deduct the extra points, thus the nett is still equal to your actual spending for the month (RM1 = 1 Point)

nvm la...i wont use DA at giant...use AMEX can get 5 x points better..tongue.gif

"I stand corrected" is an English idiom that is said to acknowledge someone who corrects something that one says or writes that was not correct smile.gif

Thanks Hye smile.gif
MBB is my only choice of CC if I ever to spend overseas via CC. Since it has the lowest admin charge compare to other bank cards that I own.
