Today Friday, a lot of short term traders will try to clear their holdings by today evening. Day traders also will try to sell off at whatever price during closing time. SO can expect the market to dip around 4.30-4.45

I figure there were some stocks that folks really wanted to goreng hoping that Wednesday would have recovered.
Sealink still suffering....Did not finish yet...Wondered how many "closet sellers" out there will need to throw as they probably expected it to go up after such a steep drop on Monday......Who knew? I want to enter Scomi since it announced on bidding a project in Middle East but successful or not still far from reach..
Another forum internal news about Scomi jump to 0.83 on Monday seem impossible now judging from today performance either they are trying to spread rumors to support it or running from it xD So gonna wait on Monday |

Calling expert in here, not that I'm complaining but wonder why in the last 10 minute people buy Uchitec so much? if just for window dressing they could buy 1 or 10 lots just to make it close nice but this one so many hundred lot for what?
If they wanna acquire the share they could've bought earlier, the whole day it was floating from 1.240 - 1.250 why wait till last minute buy at such expensive price? why ah?  |

I have saved my capital - but all my gains for the last month gone. I need to know when to sell. Monday, my MKLand was nearly 2K up - today it is barely 0.3K up. I need to know how to control the itchy finger. Buying at the wrong price is a very difficult problem to recover from. Failing to sell at the right time is even worse. |

I bought at 0.965 and force sell my share at 0.925. Won from kps though, bought at 1.81 =) that was a good start to this month |

 Got bitten today by bears at Wall Street. Didn't really expect Oil to drop but it did. Besides that, quadruple witching Friday - people selling off commodities, too much negative sentiments! I am glad the oil price drop below 70.
Oil is better stuck in the range or 50-60 before economy recover, if not, recovery might be dampened by high oil price. |

Looks like H1N1 case is getting worse, retail biz recorded a drop, exactly how many % drop are caused by H1N1 over the end of school holidays is not known but the effect is there to see.
Hang on guys we may have another roller coaster ride next week. I really feel like selling off tgoffs and just keep uchitec until I can see clearer which way this is going. After living in fear for more than a year, they just couldn't sit around any longer. So they decided to inch back. The resulting market appreciation emboldened more people. All sorts of theories began to surface to justify the market trend. Now that the rising trend has been around for three months globally and seven months in China, even the most timid have been unable to resist. They're jumping in, in droves. When the least informed and most credulous get into the market, the market is usually peaking. A rising economy and growing income produces more funds to fuel the market. But the global economy is now stuck with years of slow growth. Strong economic growth won't follow the current stock market surge. This is a bear market rally. People who jump in now will lose big. The dollar index-DXY has fallen 10 percent from the March level, even though the U.S. trade deficit has declined substantially. It reflects the market's expectations that the Fed's monetary policy will lead to inflation and a dollar crash. The cause of dollar weakness is the outflow of U.S. money, in my view. It is the primary cause of a surge in emerging markets and commodities. Most U.S. analysts think the dollar's weakness is due to foreigners buying less of it. This is probably incorrect. The dollar's weakness can limit Fed policy options. dsugums is right, the fear of the flu is not about now, but the potential and probability of the virus mutates into deadly strain which flu virus generally does.
Once it become a full blown deadly virus, there is no turning back, million of people life will under thread, as it is air-borned and spread through human to human. While for dengue, we knew it is the mosquitos is the medium which cannot spread to human to human which is more easy to control compared to human human contact. This is why it is a high profile disease, although it is not dangerous and still relative low cases compared to others known diseases. |

80 = bluechips 20 = speculative so it doesnt really bother me even CI drop today. of course i am on paper loss, but not to that extend i have to throw my stock because everyone is panic sell. the one bleeded mostly in my counter is sealink & genting. p/s: sealink is my 20% speculative range. others are steady bluechips which is not for sell, unless company gone crazy. |

I'm very interested in scomi, called remiser, he say chances of this counter rebound in the afternoon is high, but nobody knows how much shares those goreng kia holding and no TP how low they gonna throw. Sounds like theyre on protest with bursa people, I'm sure they will be table talk behind. Until they come to an understanding this people will continue to throw.
a lot of high people also holding much much more shares than us, they dun wanna see this happening also. They've to settle this problem lo. |

End of this month have annoucement by Najib to boost foreign investor.. maybe can help KLSE abit.. Sealink is a money making company with profit and dividen ex 13/7/09.... during weak market, dividen play counter still can get dividen and attract some buyers to switch over. O&G counter end of this year should recover better. TM not affected at all.. super strong and hard to get push down. Its going the opposite direction, previously market strong, TM net heavy selling. It is an O&G counters. Current dividend is good, but I'm not sure whether in long term can consider as dividend stock... I buy Sealink not because of dividend, but for O&G exposure.

Yeah....I hope its the last one too. While I now hold my counters to go for the long run, but the up down up down will cause my heart follow it too....
Current recovery from -19 to -8 may offer opportunities for those who bought this morning to lock in some gains, we may not see a green until tomorrow. Hopefully HSI keeps to the +300 it has locked up now and US shows green tonight. I put a lot of hope on hope |

Yup,, bz working. Just came back from Ipoh & Taiping training on weekend. This week another training on wed.. haiz.. bo bian.. market weak, my sealink also no power liao.
Have to hold awhile, hopefully when near div ex time price can go up more. Have swap Kfima into Sealink last week but wasted coz today its even cheaper price. See KLSE market drop, good la for u coz u alwys wanted to buy during bargain good price. Defensive and good dividen pay counter should be good during this time..
