Today Friday, a lot of short term traders will try to clear their holdings by today evening. Day traders also will try to sell off at whatever price during closing time. SO can expect the market to dip around 4.30-4.45
Looks like I need to pick up one of the counter. The other I sold for gross RM100 profit This post has been edited by dsugums: Jun 19 2009, 03:33 PM |

QUOTE(zamans98 @ Jun 21 2009, 09:33 PM) why so scared of that virus? Here in Philippines, everyday 20-30 cases - nobody scared. 1/10000 ppl is wearing a mask. Dengue and TB is more dangerous. Stupid WHO - just wanna make some money out of the virus. Little did we know, it could be just an engineered virus to gain money. The reason they are cautious because it is relatively new strain of virus infecting human. Therefore, chances are the virus to mutate and become more potent/lethal is high. It will start to mutate if more people get infected and in different regions. How ironic, everytime we have economy crisis, there's always a disease. Unlike dengue/malaria, its strain is relatively dormant and does not mutate for the past 100 over years. Furthermore, it does not transmit from human to human, but by carriers such as mosquito. So, we dont worry so much even the death rate is higher than swine flu. Every new strain of virus is a worry for WHO. Hopefully it will subdue like the SARS. QUOTE(panasonic88 @ Jun 22 2009, 09:34 AM) that's nice on holding non-goreng counter during time like now, as per what my papa taught me. 80-20 stratergy. What blue chips are you holding? Planning to use reserve cash to buy blue chips. Waiting the correction to subside first. Thrown out my THPlant at 1.63 (bought at 1.60). Will but back at 1.60 later.80 = bluechips 20 = speculative so it doesnt really bother me even CI drop today. of course i am on paper loss, but not to that extend i have to throw my stock because everyone is panic sell. the one bleeded mostly in my counter is sealink & genting. p/s: sealink is my 20% speculative range. others are steady bluechips which is not for sell, unless company gone crazy. Sealink and GPacket all kaput. No choice to pick up and hibernate. |

CI back to the 1050 support. Lets see how is it at closing. CI already dropped about 40pts from high of 1093. Analysis says "healthy"correction should be 10-15%. So, still got another 50pts to drop

My hands full with so many stocks taken up for averaging down. Managed to get rid of Sealink and Sunway-W with 800 gross profit (T3 today). Will keep the remaining balance for 1100 disposal. Freed some cash from the market, phew

QUOTE(panasonic88 @ Jun 23 2009, 04:56 PM) Still got 20,000 in hand. Will let go just before the ex-date. Will collect more if drop to 66/67 range. Dollar losing strength, maybe money will be go into the US market. Can expect some decent rebound with Dow. |
