SG$1.3k with 4GB RAM a;nd 3yrs warranty...

so proud using 4736G ... now come with newer bios. 2.03...i just updated it...seem like the whole system running smoother and faster..
and i everyday gaming lol

so far so good

by the way , have u guys try the xp mode or the virtual mode?
would like to know more 'bout it in 4736G.

Successfully update 4736 to latest version 2.03 Xp loading more faster... Windows 7 will be checkout..

ermm, sorry to ask...how to update bios???

4736G cpu intel T6500 doesnt support Intel® Virtualization Technology therefore cannot use windows 7's windows xp mode.

yesterday my friend borrow me a pirate windows 7 and i tried to upgrade it.....but dont know why after finished installed......restarted...and stuck at "Error loading Operation System" T_T i dont know Windows got warrenty or not ^^ im currently using 4736G.....very very regret why i so stupid go update pirate windwos7 T_T if the windows got warrenty^^ tomorrow i call acer see seeT_T btw....update BIOS is just download from acer website and install can liao?i scare broke my comT_T

4736g included with built in os(Why in first place use pirate you are original douh) ?home vista version.4736 no operating system lor.

Your 4736G when you bought? If after June 26 you are entitled to 'free' Windows 7 upgrade.

Have you try to install with 'ah em' vista home premium but use the register key that you have under your 4736G windows sticker? You can find the sticker at the bottom.
But some of you might have no windows sticker just like my friend's 4736G. I also wonder why no sticker on it.

Some unscrupulous sellers remove the COA sticker and sells it.

I follow my friend when he buy the unit. I asked the shop but they just say it come with no sticker zzz. We buy it at Low Yat Plaza.
How can they sell the sticker with my friend's vista key on it? Mean others ppl who brought the sticker might using the same key also?

Does your friend's unit comes with Acer e-recovery function? The seller might install 'a-hem' version of Windows for your friend and sell the OEM license. This is a possibility.
