my metabolism rate is 2350

b4 go gym.. should i eat more protein , or complex carb? coz i got some muscle.. so if i dowan be exhausted when i workout, i shud eat more protein to feed mah muscle rite? but then i read some online they said eat carb coz it is the fuel to my energy... i dare not take both ler... example after work 6pm go gym... 3pm i dunno shud go take protein or take carb... sometime i just take tau fu fah.. then damn tired and no energy when workout.. =P thanks ! lol

I assume u do take those protein powder shakes for workout? Actually... those stuff aint that good coz it's still processed food... but it's easier to monitor the intact of it since it's manufactured in a way where you can ownself measure how much you take...

Since you work out... it's ok to take protein... but remember...taking too much protein and then dun work out can be dangerous coz overload of protein will damage your kidney...

Averagely our protein/meat requirements if we are dormant and not really that active is equivalent of half of your palm/hand size...

About metabolism rate... that i'm not too sure... need to check coz metabolism differs from ppl to ppl...

yeah... just abit... cancer study is kinda like more towards medical... my line mostly are the prevention...rather than cure...

meaning its ok to take protein la (coz my office nearby got korean food, i sometime eat the ginseng steam chicken prior go gym).. but i read online ppl said take carb... so shud i take protein or carb ah ? i cannot take both together coz.. i will b full.. and.. i dowan excess fat =P

Eat like normal amount of mix nutrients... for carbo take complex carb and increase on fruits and vege and those with high fibre... den since you work out... take slightly more protein...

That should solve our case
