Doctors got la... coz some of the them on their final year... but plastic surgery is a specialist profession...need to be surgeon... So far... none of them that i know does plastic surgeries la... maybe in the future? laugh.gif

Nutrition is very subjective... it takes like alot of information and knowledge all together to practice it... There's way too many factors and subjects to cover in nutrition... I know alot but i dunno what u want to know specifically...

Balance diet similiar to the traditional food pyramid guide...

Eat the most amount of carbohydrate
Eat more vegetables and fruits
Eat adequate amount of meat
Eat the least amount of sugar salt and fat

Average calorie intake perday for Asians:
Guys ~1800kJ
Gurls ~1500kJ

If you don't want to eat the normal carbohydrate, suggest to eat complex carbohydrate rather than normal carbohydrates...

Complex carbo are those of high fibre and unprocessed carbo such as brown rice... whole grain breads... pasta made from germ wheat etc.

my metabolism rate is 2350

I assume u do take those protein powder shakes for workout? Actually... those stuff aint that good coz it's still processed food... but it's easier to monitor the intact of it since it's manufactured in a way where you can ownself measure how much you take...

Since you work out... it's ok to take protein... but remember...taking too much protein and then dun work out can be dangerous coz overload of protein will damage your kidney...

Averagely our protein/meat requirements if we are dormant and not really that active is equivalent of half of your palm/hand size...

About metabolism rate... that i'm not too sure... need to check coz metabolism differs from ppl to ppl...

Eat like normal amount of mix nutrients... for carbo take complex carb and increase on fruits and vege and those with high fibre... den since you work out... take slightly more protein...

That should solve our case
