That Collection Card Is Valid For How Long?

But only available at post offices that have Poslaju center a.k.a. Pusat Poslaju.

Free? Why last time they gave me those thin plastic bag only one? How to know whether it's a Poslaju center or not?

What's the operating hour for Pusat Pos Laju? I need to pick up my stuff there Pusat Pos Laju Bangi, I weren't home when it was sent to my house

My 1st bad experience from Poslaju today.
I didn't get the notification card for collection from Poslaju van.
Went to Poslaju center to claim it, luckily got the tracking code.

Pusat pos laju Bangi is open from 8.00am-7pm Mon to Saturday for claiming your stuff. If you want to send or post stuff, that can only be done from 8am-5pm. Do take note that Saturday of first week they will be closed.

In my track & trace latest status, it is written there as "call card send to customer"
What does this mean? I would have to collect the parcel myself?

Did you get any poslaju slip informing you to go claim your stuff at the nearest poslaju centre? If so then yeas...that mean you have to go collect there.
