Are you sure that you send the motherboard using Pos Ekspress? How could that be done? Mind to share with us?

Motherboard in a RM 4 Pos Ekspres envelope? shocking.gif
I hope the recipient will receive it in one piece. sweat.gif

Or did you apply any protection to it before got it posted? It is not appropriate to post such sensitive items using Pos Ekspres envlopes.

can we send item in different packaging other than boxes?
my item is cylindrical
so can i just wrap it nicely and send using poslaju?

i put in in a box just now but they charge me by volume because the item is not so heavy but the box is quite big.so the charge it by volume coz it is higher.

volumetric weight.. it count when the parcel is same at/ or more than 30cm wide X 30cm length X 30cm height, then they will use the formula

PMB Parcel Deliveries are Pos Berdaftar? Is the tracking no. begins with RD?

I have bad experience with Pos Berdaftar, took me 10 days waiting for my item from KL to Malacca. Due to that unfortunate incident, I rather spend some bucks and opt for Poslaju or worse comes to worst, Pos Ekspres.

Nope.. it begins with CD... the one that's count by 1KG / 1KG basis.. and Most of the time they would refer back to the Stupid Volumetric =_="

still.. it's the CHEAPEST... but it also takes ages to reach.. haha
i would use that to post faulty items that's >1KG.. as Poslaju is Extrememly Expensive...

have send one parcel... day before Raya.. and i assume the parcel has been recieved by the buyer... at this point of time...

it's good to sent non-urgent items... but definitely not for sending urgent items... smile.gif

Instant only tracking works if you post the items at PPL  (Pusat poslaju at major POS) center only - if post from small post offices - the items can only be tracked after reaching the destination's PPL.

Depends on what you're sending, not everything go poslaju. Posexpress cannot exceed certain weight, I think 1kg.... You exceeded... They might reject? Never tested this before, not that I have 1kg documents to send... haha

Well, depends on what you send. It's the best that you don't use poslaju, posdaftar, posexpress or anything related to pos malaysia for handphone.

you mean until today haven't received?
first, check your mailbox, or door see if they leave any notice and ask you to collect.
if don't have, get the tracking number from the seller, call 1300300300 and ask them or check at http://www.pos.com.my

the tracking number is ALWAYS possible even you post from a very small post office. they collect the parcel from the post office and send to the poslaju HQ, and they will process the tracking number there.

Referring to Postlaju (EMS) or normal registered parcel?

AFAIK, the track number for registered parcel is not that useful, as it doesn't show the full updates.

Not sure bout EMS, haven use it b4

So by now, have u receive it? Easy, juz request the track no from the seller, then you can more or less know where the parcel is
