PosLaju has been separated from Pos Malaysia in operation and profit...their service quality has improved since then...but their online tracking system still very bad...

PosLaju should have their own website for their service...get away from Pos Malaysia website... !

guys... i received a red card... the code was "RD77XXXXXXMY"...
so the letter is located at poslaju centre or post office (posdaftar)?

It's at post office, I think it has stated the branch on the card? smile.gif
Btw, pos laju doesn't have a specified center for it, you need to collect from the post office too. smile.gif

PosLaju indeed hav their centres called Pejabat Pos Laju (PPL). AFAIK, there r just few centres in each state & it'll b specified on the card frm whr 2 exactly collect.

i check the parcel no. from the post malaysia website..but return nothing...go to the post office check or call the hotline, which 1 better?

They charge depend on the weight of the item and location as well.

Long ago, I remember the limit was 1m x 1m x 1m but there was a forumer who mentioned it doesnt matter. It's best if u personally drop by post office & con4m this.
