As far as I know, parcel below 600g is RM 4.73 for Penisular Malaysia...
I've never posted something above that weight before.
However, I've received a parcel from a forumer here. He posted a new printer for me using Poslaju too.
As I can see from the slip if I'm not wrong, it's RM 21.00.

It's around 42cmx26cmx23cm, weight I forgot but definitely more than a KG.
It's so expensive I think it's because it's a big box?

The charge according to volumetric for parcels, if you have a bigger box, you'll pay more even if it is light. I've sent a printer before, using the original Epson box, paid RM36 for it because the box was huge but the second time, the same printer, I used a smaller box (fruit box), I paid only RM16.


The formula to calculate volumetric is 42cmx26cmx23cm divided by 6000 X with the amount charged per 500 gram (weight of your parcel) and you'll get the actual amount to pay for your parcel.

It's always offline...
However, once in a while the service is available.
When this situation occurs and I need to track my things desperately, I'll call the posline: 1300-300-300, they'll track for me immediately.

I think you have to pack everything in a box first and get it wrapped before you head to the post office.

PosMalaysia do sell PosPak & also brownpapers; only dat inconvenient 2 pack inside a post office

they only close on 1st saturday..so i think postlaju still working on other saturdays

PosPak is just brown kotak labelled so by Pos Malaysia 4 customers' convenience.

is it normal that the pos laju did not update their tracking site? coz i just bought an mp3 player from someone, he gave me the parcel number but the pos laju tracking site say record not found. kinda worry here

It's normal for Poslaju proudly presented by Pos Malaysia. My case the item arrived and online tracking still record not found. It's better to call the hotline to ask by yourself.
