sure will effect if poslaju vehicles cannot reach to JB's poslaju centre... or postman cant reach to the flood area...

delivery JB to KL should be 1-2days, but depend on luck sometime... but if possible send ur parcel to poslaju centre instead post office, it will be more efficient if poslaju guys forgot to collect parcels from particular post office... and i found out tat if send from poslaju centre, the database will update immediately and able to track... this morning i sent a parcel and the trace number available in database now... smile.gif

Yeah, they're using volumetric for parcels and if you're using a bigger box, it will cost more even if it is only 100 grams so don't try to use a bigger box unless you wanna pay more for it. sweat.gif

can i just put in a big envelope since t shirt is sustainable to knocks and impact?

Yup is better if that shirt u want post is 1 only. coz not heavy...Dont worry about the impact coz the shirt cannot tear..if u pack nicely...use envelope also can...cost arround rm5-6 only... nod.gif

Wow shocking.gif
As far as I know, parcel below 600g is RM 4.73 for Penisular Malaysia...
I've never posted something above that weight before.
However, I've received a parcel from a forumer here. He posted a new printer for me using Poslaju too.
As I can see from the slip if I'm not wrong, it's RM 21.00. smile.gif

It's around 42cmx26cmx23cm, weight I forgot but definitely more than a KG. smile.gif
It's so expensive I think it's because it's a big box? sweat.gif

The charge according to volumetric for parcels, if you have a bigger box, you'll pay more even if it is light. I've sent a printer before, using the original Epson box, paid RM36 for it because the box was huge but the second time, the same printer, I used a smaller box (fruit box), I paid only RM16. sweat.gif

The formula to calculate volumetric is 42cmx26cmx23cm divided by 6000 X with the amount charged per 500 gram (weight of your parcel) and you'll get the actual amount to pay for your parcel. thumbup.gif

It's always offline...
However, once in a while the service is available.
When this situation occurs and I need to track my things desperately, I'll call the posline: 1300-300-300, they'll track for me immediately. tongue.gif

I think you have to pack everything in a box first and get it wrapped before you head to the post office. smile.gif
