Are Brickfields Poslaju open on first week of saturday?

Not very sure though.
But I was told, post office will only close on the first Saturday of the month.
So, I guess it's closed.

Does poslaju or other courier service provide services to condos and apartment ?
They bring up the stuff to you ?

Dats vry weird coz it's displayed so in their table. Mebe changed rules ready now. Long time didnt use PosLaju for big items

Err...they're supposed 2 send parcels rite 2 ur doorstep. Unless pemalas posmen; they'll leave slip (PosLaju) telling nobody was home

Could we claim the PosLaju that the packages that received are spoilt or have been opened?

yeah..must be careful..i saw last 2 days...there is an agreement behind the poslaju receipt...mention...the item that we send is below rm200

i suggest not to receive the parcel if suspect opened and damaged... go to post office and open it, if found out something wrong and u have solid proof to claim the loss from office directly...

The problem is not with me, is the customer's problem..
I've send 2 parcels, one to Perak and one to Miri. The receiver said that the package was spoilt and been ransacked. Both parcels also in the same condition. I have deal with many customers and never occur such problem.. It was freaking shock to see the pics that my customer send to me...

ur pack that thing in envelope or box?
if envelope.....it must have been pressed by other parcels,things,boxes etc
u know how pos people handle ur stuff, most probably the throw only

my father always warn me to pack items securely n if can in box....he works in pos malaysia n i have been to their mail center twice but not sure if the center also handle poslaju stuff

Well, I wrapped it with large white paper.... can said semi-hard. But according to my customer, when he received it, it was ransacked and opened..

guys, can i use a gift wrapping paper to send my parcel? Or only can use brown and white paper?

Just layer of paper wont b sufficient 2 withstand the roughness the parcel 'll b subjected by ppl in Pos Malaysia.

This incident is act quite normal not only w/ Pos but many other courier companies

So rather than inviting trouble why not just wrap a layer of brown paper on top of the gift wrapper rite?
