Yes,you should claim it from Poslaju center.
please take note- must made a report to the nearest Poslaju center
within 48hours after Receiver received the goods!!!

I can't recall much, but if i'm not mistaken
I think 'Sender' can only made the claim not Receiver
( cause Receiver can reject/return the item to Sender due to damage )

& if the weight of the parcel less than 2kg, max. claim is RM100
& weight above 2kg ,it's RM300.

Anything, you can just call 1-300-300-300 for more detail! nod.gif

I wanna ask.. If we send things in an envelope, they'll just weigh it right? If in box, they'll measure the volumetric weight is it?
Sending in an envelope is cheaper or depends on the parcel's size itself? smile.gif

Most of the time I used POS EKSPRESS.
But in the slip, they promise and guarantee to reach the selected area in 1 day.
but it end up it takes 2 day, am I allowed to take action toward them? hmm.gif

No, I don't think so.. Happens all the time. =) They even lost my Pos Ekspres envelope last time. Couldn't recover it.
Don't know whether the Pos Malaysia postman stole it, or the despatch guy at the recipient office took it. sleep.gif

E-Parcel is most probably by POS MAS

Yes , there is Tracking system in theri website .

But , the arrival time frame is quite long .

E-Parcel is just like Economy Class of A Flight , it is way more cheaper than others .

Yes , you can post it at POS Office , go to the counter and ask for Normal Air Parcel Slip .

Safe = Cnat be 100% Gurantee ( All courier is the same )

Both Pos Ekspress and E-Parcel provided by Pos Malaysia..

For Pos Ekspres, they can't do anything, no refund whatsoever because it is not insured. Registered Post and Poslaju are insured, then if lost you can file a claim smile.gif

Poslaju failed again, they delivered my parcel to the wrong address, the Postman is so lazy to even check the house number. When I tried to track the parcel online, it shows delivered with someone else name and IC number. I was so shock and going to call Poslaju hotline on Monday as it's quite an important parcel, but luckily he was nice enough to return it to me. sweat.gif

For local, most of my items i try to ship by Poslaju.
if anything happened, it's easy to know within 3days.

If international, will only use normal air mail parcel..

Can not tahan EMS charges... below 500g, RM70++ sweat.gif

E-parcel = cheaper than registered post, will need signature like pos laju and registered post, but take times (longer than registered post)

pos express = a ready envelope in different sizes to suit ur document / things to post, u can buy the envelope and post it any time even not during working hour of pos office, just drop it into pos express pos box, last collection of pos express pos box.. if not mistaken is 4pm / 3.30pm, it doesnt need any signature, it "promise" to be delivered next day of posting (before last collection) but it always dependable too

Registered post = cheaper than pos laju, need signature, but take more times than pos laju, need stamps (if u got stamps u can use ur own, only buy the registered post sticker)
