I believe we can sell but not buy. OK lar can buy but cannot register = cannot play = buy also no use . I wonder how CA will feel about this matter he no longer can get any player he want for 2 season and CHELSEA squad is aging badly. Dunno can appeal or not but if can also i think also minus 1 season only means next season no player coming in. If can appeal till just fine money then better since RA got money lol. If 2 season no signing player in our aging squad i think we need to do a REAL MARDRID on the 3rd season lol. Time to do a WENGER in this 2 season and those youngster must be very happy to hear this. I think we appeal....if we reduce to one transfer ban....or none...
I hope Kakuta can prove that he is worth the ban..and became the Blues Legends...

This is totally unacceptable. Ban transfer player for 2 years Is this a conspiracy theory to see Chelsea fail?
I'm sure there are many other clubs that had done worse than this.

Yeap...this is severe..but what the heck... FIFA is corrupted now with Platini..They saw what we can do? Measures taken..ban us... Haha Platini! You just want to be a joke again..
I guess might as well we use our youngster then...plenty of promising talent waiting for their time for first 11.

*sniff* is that the rotten smell of anti-english sentiment clogging up my nostrils? it sure is! sooo who's next to get the ban hammer?madrid?barca?bayern? oh wait they're not english so yeah its just us. and maybe cases are being lined up against other members of the epl top four. they waited right after the transfer window slammed shut to announce it to the world. how convenient. any wide eyed optimists out there still think football is a totally sacred, fair and clean game?

Yeap...top scorer some more...awarded best player in academy~ Chelsea wont have trouble if the decision stands unless injury plague hit us~ If not...no worries then..we have plenty of decent player at our disposal~

Absolutely disgusted with the decision. This is not the first time it has happened and Chelsea have been made a scapegoat. The fact is nobody likes us since we allegedly 'bought' success when Mr. Abramovich came a calling in 2003. From then onwards, it has always been 'us against the world' mentality. Everyone hates us. And I don't care! This is nothing new. Bring it on FIFA!

hit the nail in the head there plokoon. as usual other clubs will be left untouched. its one rule for us, and a different one for the others. its really becoming farcical now. they're trying their utmost best to stop us but i'm confident they never will. our siege mentality and fighting spirit will only be stoked even further now. they can't keep us down. of that i'm 100% sure.

I am sure we will be appealing such a draconian ruling, no doubt about that. In the meantime, time for the boys to show UEFA/FIFA that we are and will still be a terrific team, no matter what restrictions they place on us.

While we await for the appeal and the final verdict let's take our minds off the bad news and enjoy the talent we've brought home and hopefully, it's worth it. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... «

If this is true we got surplus youngster...the only way is to level up our academy and reserves so that the product will be a world class player...
Maybe this will educate Chelsea to use more homegrown talent....
We got backup for all position..
Turnbull and Rys
Manci,Bruma,Hutch..and many more..
Matic..and several reserves player..such as Woods
Sinclair Disanto Sturridge and reserves...
I hope we will survive this...

QUOTE(jam_lennon @ Sep 4 2009, 01:27 AM) u have still have to register a loan player innit? correct me if im wrong. we are forbidden to register any players. so we may purchase youngsters and groom them, then unleash them a year later. if everything falls into place at the right timing. we can still fine tune our squad.

blues...can still survive even more than 3 yrs....we have good yougsters to prove wht. players like lampard, terry, drogba, a.cole, j.cole and even ballack are able to play another 2-5 yrs range.....so dont be sad...just hope no injuries occurs during this period.....but we should APPEAL to atleast reduced ban to 1 yr.
