i had PP2 front and Parada S2 on from early last yr till mid this year.
PP2 is indeed quiet, and good gripping at hard corner on dry.

Now i have the Parada infront and PP2 goes at the back.
Its true that its noisy, but i feel its more grippy than PP2 on hard braking.
Saved me few times from faggots that simply change lane w/o signals

i seconded that. Yokohama fan here. their tyres are well known for grip.
but Parada's soft sidewall pattern is a big let down sweat.gif
i personally prefer C.drive and S.drive. noisy tyre but good in karak highway thumbup.gif
currently trying Yokohama AVS 205/55/r15 rear to go with the 195/55/r15 C.drive front.
btw, last time using PP2, thread can't last as long as those from Yokohama.

guys, any feedback about this Kumho Ecsta SPT tyre?

There IS a diff between hard sidewall normal pressure VS soft sidewall high pressure.. I prefer the former.

Grip wise Parada compound is good for short braking distance vs NCT5, but predictability wise I am more comfortable with NCT5 - although NCT5 compound sucks but when u pump it hard, its sidewalls becomes hard - whereas Parada even up to 300kpa also feel very lembap, tyre flex alot, I also had to back off.. whereas with NCT5/PP2 i feel v comfortable to layan the same corner.

Dare not put 350kpa cos the Parada being so called performance tyre did not state max inflation pressure anywhere on the tyre doh.gif cmon yokohama..even NCT5 also got max pressure stated there lah

i guess big cars aint suitable to use parada spec 2 due to its soft sidewall unable to handle the weight of the car and stress during lateral load....

lightweight cars should have less problems with it...

bro ceo684, NCT5 you dare to do hard corner... haha... good luck...
careful when it is raining... even drizzling...

PP2 will give you the confidence coz of the harder side wall compare to NCT5...
it give u good handling and it will grip well on heavy rains also... don fool by the traditional pattern on a UHP tire...

PP2 is not means rich man tire... if u use 17" rim sure rich... good tire will cost u a bomb... smile.gif
haha... of course u will see a lot of "nice" tire fitted on the 17" rim... especially Ah Beng car...

well Federal i heard is model 535 ar... not that bad...
but of course there is some pros and cons...
Hankook V12 also not that bad... but Noise is a bit louder than PP2 at new...
well depends lo... as long as it provides me good grip in wet and dry...
but like NCT5 which is very poor in Hydroplanning... smile.gif
which is F**king dangerous... especially you always drive more than 80km/h and also ppl whom always traveling up and down slopes and hills...
