Anybody tried Continental CC5??.....The treads looks pretty good and it's just been launch. Wonder if anyone has any thoughts on it. Looking to compare it against Michelin Primacy and Bridgestone's GR90 line.....

Any tyres around RM 150-170 range for 185/60/R14 to recommend? Priority is Performance > Comfort .Which shop around TTDI / BU / PJ area sells them at reasonable prices? Thanks

Michelin XM1, Goodyear Ducaro GA, Yokohama A Drive... i think these should be ok, and at this size you do not get any performance

Primacy LC and GR90 is high line for comfort tires and it is higher grade than CC5... FYI CC5 is a replacement for CC1 which is entry level for tires so do not expect much from this fellow

haha that is a poison bro... next time hopefully Goodyear or Bridgestone will give us a tire which has good Value cs Performance ratio also smile.gif
i'm already some of my fren whom i recommend to swap to PS3, their future tires is in the dark now coz the performance of PS3 is hard to get it else where already so prepare...

for 15" it is well priced, but for 16" and 17" it is till priced a lil more premium but better than PS2 which previously priced around RM600 in 17"

it's reality, not a poison. brows.gif
after using yokohama range for so long, including the ad07, ps3 compensate for for what it lacks in ad07 by being much more quieter and longer lasting tread.
17" ps3 cost quite a lot but still marginally cheaper than ad08 and more lasting tread too. now running ps3 on all 4 and having a great fun!
planning to change another ride with 15" once it's due in a few months time.

Exactly. Tried the PP2 once, will never look back ever again, haha... I estimate another 1 more year of thrashing before mine's due for a replacement. Looking forward to try PS3 biggrin.gif

is it necessary for us to change the camber everytime we go to do the alignment.
or, it just another way for the shop to chop our head?

i got very limited knowledge in this alignment+balancing stuff, they told me will change to the adjustable camber which cost xxx, then those bla bla bla~~

feel like being cheated.... hmmm...

they said if dun change, later the alignment will easily "gone", then this... then that...
sound so serious...

but actually if doesn't really impact much even if we do the alignment without changing the camber, rite?

not sure if it's related but friend of mine driving his vios with bad alignment, car was having a problem going at straight line.
advised him to go for alignmnet but he said he already getting used to it.
almost 7 months later, his driveshaft broken and end up costing a bomb for replacement.
