im smoke free now for 5 years 5 months and 11 days

The only thing that kept me free was thinking what would I be giving up if I took just one puff... my health and a shorter lifetime, rm400 a month which is almost my car payment (so my far now foc only), and a lifetime addiction after that.

This has so far kept me away

My hubby and i are struggling to quit smoking. I told him to quit if we are planning to have our own child.

Excellent. I'm also smoke free for almost 4 years.

Was 1 pack a day back when it was RM10 for Mild Seven which is now Mevius. No regrets.

Cigarette is damn expensive right now in Malaysia. One pack a day will cost about RM510 per month; that amount of money can pay for a car instalment already.

1 pack of cigarette cost same as 5 kg rice .

5kg rice enough for one person per month .

Smoking 1 pack of cigarette per day is like pouring 5 kg rice in longkang .
