Today maybe i smoke a pack of 14s. tomorrow I'd probably quit for the next 2,3 months. then i smoke again. then quit. pusing2 like that. that's how i roll laugh.gif. It is never about the matter of peer pressure, addiction, nicotine and whatnot. however, that's me lah.you maybe different. but if u really want to quit, the first thing u should consider is getting ur mind set correct. Do u really want to quit or....

Quiting immediately will prove harmful for yourself
you cannot quit smoking overnight
just stay calm and determined and reduce your dosage step by step everyday
and one day you will hate smoking

minimise the intake slowly smile.gif

my bf is doing the same too right now. and he really can't stop so suddenly - it will last for like 1-2 days and poof, back to cigs again. i guess smokers can't just stop their intake from like 6-8 batang a day to 0 batang. its like a torture to end the addiction. better lessen the intake slowly smile.gif
