celcom over-read my data usage. i only use 200MB, but celcom reports 800MB.
called careline 1111 but to no avail. reported to CFM. i hope they can do something. if not, i'll forward to SKMM.

i already mentioned that I'd called celcom careline 1111. the celcom lady on the phone unable to help me.
do u have the contact for celcom technician as u mention it?
i am just a consumer...can't fix anything...continue to complain through authority.

My capped internet speed (celcom and maxis) is so slow that checking email @outlook.com is impossible.

I am so sad about the way internet is evolved. Imagine the expansion of single lane road to 3 lane road. No matter how many lane, a person still can choose to walk or cycle to a place slowly. In the end, still can reach the destination. But for internet, this is not the case. The webpage will not load slowly till 100% complete. In fact, the webpage load halfway and stuck there forever.

So much for sub 64kbps internet and slow ping connection in Malaysia.
