Voice chat is always an advantage, you can't deny that speaking through the mic will enable you to communicate with your team faster. Besides in the mids of confusion(which you will see alot in L4D2) you will definitely have no time to type.

What's even worst is expert realism mode; i think by the time you finish typing and your team manages to locate where you are by what you type you would probably be dead already.

Played in Blitz for 4 hours wakaka. Dead Center, The Parish and Dark Carnival. Me and 2 friends and a crazy pubbie who keeps running in with only melee weapons. Save us also so slow because he has to run to us sweat.gif.

Quite fun. Must consider after CNY.

Guys, I don't recall if this been asked before, but if it is, pardon me and I'm sorry.

I just migrated to Windows 7 Pro x64 and reinstalled L4D2. However, I keep getting this message when I joined a game for a few seconds,

"Steam Authentication Failed"


and kicked out. Any solution? sweat.gif

You don't need to download dedicated server, just join up eClub and KakiGamers to start having fun biggrin.gif

yeah there are definitely l4d1 assets which arent included in l4d2. and doors do not have physics model attached to them (survivors & zombies can pass through closed doors). crescendo events also do not work properly, no hordes spawn after an event is triggered.
