Why dyou guys say the graphics is bad? It looks the same as L4D to me.

Don't pick Best Dedicated Server Available.. Instead choose host local server in the lobby..

I'm not sure what are you trying to ask there but, the word preload basically explains itself.

Preload allows you to download the game earlier so you can play the game immediately when the game is release. So logically, those that already paid their money can preload their game now.

well, yea preload is not the same as steam "free weekend" where you get to play the game for 2 days and decide whether you wanna buy it or not.

preload = pay 1st, download, play

free weekend = download, play, then buy or uninstall.

The demo showcase some really promising gameplay elements: lot's of new items, (boomer bile, defibrillator kit, adrenaline shot). The idea of having to choose between melee weapon or pistol also aids tension in the game. Though, I wonder where do the survivors find pistol when they are incapacitated ?

New weapons like Ak-47 (my new favorite), Chrome Shotgun (good for aiming special infected at distance), Silenced Submachine Gun (looks like Uzi with silencer) without the need to arouse other infected when picking them off one by one, Franchi SPAS-12 or Combat Shotgun (my second new favorite. At one time, the director spawned 1 AK and 1 Combat which forced me hope if only I can carry two of them at the same time...), Sniper rifle (looks like HK41SG/1, good for close range and long range compare to the old hunting rifle, plus it holds 30 rounds, twice the ammo of hunting rifle). Also, there are grenade launcher (BOOM!) , combat rifle which holds 60 rounds per clip, DESERT EAGLE (Magnum Pistol is the name in the game), and CHAINSAW to name a few is going to make this game more interesting. (One of my complaint about L4D is the lack of weapon choice).

New special infected like spitter (damn those acid..), jockey (it's kinda funny to watch one of these jumping and landing on a survivor and sterling him/her around) and Charger (which, in my opinion, better than tank in terms of speed so he can quickly knock any survivor down, if they don't shoot him down first) are going to add some tasty sauce in versus mode.

Also, the new "realism" mode, which can be enabled at any difficulty for any of the game modes. The realism mode removes some of the video game artifacts from the gameplay: survivors will not be able to see the silhouettes of their teammates, and should they die, they can only be revived with a defibrillator kit and will no longer respawn later in the level.[10] Damage dealt to Infected is also changed, with headshots dealing more damage to enemies, rather than limb or body shots, making gameplay even more of a challenge.Link here

Still, why the hell of having unlimited pistol ammo? Having limited ammo is fun too...

For those who complained about L4D 2, they should download the demo and try the game. After playing the demo, I don't think I want to go back to L4D.......

hummm.... yea it wouldn't be realistic if pistol ammo is unlimited. They should just make pistol ammo plenty but not infinite.
