after 2 hour
2 scp protein shake...
after 1 hour

after work out 2 scp protein shake..
after 1 hour
500gr rice 1 plade salad 120gr chicken breast 1 cup of yogurt drink
after 2 .5 later
250gr spagetti 150gr steak beef 1 plade salad 1 cup of yogurt drink
after 1 hour
2 banana 2 apple and 1 cup of fruit tea
after 2 hour
20 egg white 50gr oat 1 cup of breakfst tea
2 hour later
2 cup of milk 50 gr haznelut...
my workout rutine
i workout 5 times a week monday to friday sat sunday rest days...a day 15 minute more then enoguh fo me to work out...
