Hi guys here is mydiet...


Morning..

2 cup of milk -50gr honey -1 banana

after 2 hour

5 whole eggs -5 white...-50gr oat -50gr white cheese- 1 cup of breakfst tea

after 2 hour

2 scp protein shake...

after 1 hour


(mywork out)

after work out 2 scp protein shake..

after 1 hour

500gr rice 1 plade salad 120gr chicken breast 1 cup of yogurt drink

after 2 .5 later

250gr spagetti 150gr steak beef 1 plade salad 1 cup of yogurt drink

after 1 hour

2 banana 2 apple and 1 cup of fruit tea

after 2 hour

20 egg white 50gr oat 1 cup of breakfst tea

2 hour later

2 cup of milk 50 gr haznelut...


my workout rutine

i workout 5 times a week monday to friday sat sunday rest days...a day 15 minute more then enoguh fo me to work out...

monday

Biceps Legs

tuesday

triceps -forearm

wed..

Shoulder calf

thurs

Chest

friday

Back

im 68kg 1.78

mmm i got high metebolizm..so i got no fat at all...if u wanna get size sure u should keep ya workout short...not stay in gym so long...

for exmp..i do biceps just 3 exc..more then enough alrdy

S barbell curl.(Straight bar) 4 set 10 8 8 6 rps.. 20kg 30kg 40kg last 50kg..

after tht no 1 mnute rest then i go for sittin bench and do dumbell curl.. same as above...last hummer curl and finish..(of coz everyweek got diffrn workout rutine..)

first everythin depend on ya genetic...after tht urdiet and urworkout...somebody thinkin if u stay in gym so long u gotta be bigger..but u should give some Shock to ya muscle and eat rest thts enough fo u to get bigger...

u guys got very big mouth without seein people...and BB not for show off is a waf of life..why u guys tryin to say how big u r? lol its funny..and how u know im big or small..i got nothin to make u belive ..this place to share opinion...i look at both of ya..yes gettin somethin but more fat..if u guys lost fat i don belive tht kg u ll be..but im 68 pure muscle..mybe myboon not heavy..smile.gif

hope we should discuss here somethin with respect ..no fightin or to be rude when u wan explain somethin....am i right? if u r big then good or if u r small then workout to get bigger...

(wanna shut me up..post up ur own pic with a paper saying braindead...im bigger than u...) i got nothin with ya body if u r big or nothin ll chnge in mylife.. keep it fo ya slf..

we cant see god but we belive it...like he is everywhere...u just belive urslf sure there is nothin can make ya stop...but from the first ...need knowlge ...after tht u r free to go...i got it but mybe still can learn somethin from others tht ll make u superB...

somepeople in Gym they try to show somethin to other like how many kg they can carry they also do wrong...anythin chnge fo me?i ll say look at stupid try to get attention...mybody still same but he ll not get anythin...thts why...without to be rude we can share all we wan..see or not see ..but with respct...since many people love this sport i ll do enjoy to listen comment ...

Life is a freakshow..

i understnd and i forgt all about alrdy...im livng here very long time thts why join Lowyat...not only fo BB.. but yea BB not famous here as mycountry...but nothin is imposibble..Malaysia have to make somethin better to atract thse young people for Gym at least they wont do any other bad things..

just be friend with iron and listen what ya body need...ur goal is not far...i follow what mybody wan so 15 mnte enough for me..but it dsnt mean tht u can go fo 15 mnte...
