guys, may i ask about uniten? i'm thinking of applying for November intake for Com Science (System and Network).

1. how is the condition of the hostel inside of Uniten? how about security? do u guys rent someplace else?

2. how is the class?is it hands-on? (just like my old college, German-Malaysian Institute where after u learn, straight away do the practical) or is it lecture-based meaning that i had to go to lecture hall, and certain time of the week got practical and tutorial class?

3. as for the practical, how many students per equipment/PC/item?

4. for lecturers, are they some kinda buddies to u? or is it there's an invicible gap between u and them (like other IPTAs)?

5. I heard there's a job fest once you're on the final semester. is that true?

Nice for a student life style la.. u cant aspect a 3 start hotel style there,,,, else its comfortable.. 4 years i enjoyed my hostel life there...

Its hands on n lecture.. per person gt 1 PC... COIT is rich wif good PC.. no worries.. Even during ur FYP gt one special lab for u to do all the trial..

some are friendly.. sum re nt.. bt most of the COIT lecture re friendly...

the carrier carnival is there every year la.. n most of the uniten student we gt job even b4 we gt our scroll... sum of us gt job even b4 sitting for our final exam...

wah, by looking at question 5, i guess it's awesome. well, nowadays u cant be choosy on jobs. as long as u get 1 is ok alraedy rather than stay at home doing nothing, waiting for countless interviews but didn't get job from any one of them

I'm a first year E&E student, and I just took my first electrical/electronics measurement lab test. It was a total disaster!

hard right?haha,just do enough preparation sure can handle,chill~

I read through all the previous lab reports before going for the test. Still I did really badly.

how come? it should be easy if u performed the labs urself all these times........

Previously I did the experiments with my lab partner. We always share doing them, so some I did, some she did.

i took mine on tues...it was...haha...weird...6 resistors..so confusing...

I graduated redi la.. my FYP all lulus redi.. last 16/8/2009 -> was my day... hahahaha....
