1. Your room already have internet though the port is outside. Deal with your housemate on sharing those ports. Cendi's residents all have to share those 2 ports outside of their room. At the study table there.

2. 1st hand can just buy from koperasi there at the library. Its not at the library building by the way. Its right beside the cafe where the atm building is. Second hand, just keep a look out on those notice board. Sometime people advert there selling 2nd hand books. Other ways later next week I think, go to aibob forum. Sometime people also sell there.

[SIZE=7]You can gt all ur books from the seniors.. jz hold on.. where the murni team will collect second bokos n help u the seniors to sell.. you gt those books tat time....

IT is nt abt programming... CS(SE ) is more abt programming...

Those specializing in IT will doin different thing.. n the IT market is different compared to CS students...

UNTUK MEMILIH AHLI MAJLIS PERWAKILAN PELAJAR (MPP)

Urusetia Pilihanraya telah menetapkan untuk mengadakan Pilihanraya bagi memilih Ahli Majlis Perwakilan Pelajar (MPP) sesi 2009/2010 bagi Kampus Putrajaya (K.01) dan Kampus Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah (KSHAS)(K.02).

Penamaan Calon bagi Pilihanraya tersebut akan diadakan pada: 21 Ogos 2009 (Jumaat) di antara jam 9.00 pagi hingga jam 12.00 tengah hari di Bilik BA-04-24, Bangunan Pengurusan (Kampus Putrajaya) dan Bilik Gerakan (KSHAS). Sekiranya Pilihanraya bagi kawasan berkenaan dipertandingkan, maka Pengundian atau "Hari Mengundi" akan diadakan pada: 27 Ogos 2009 (Khamis).
Tiap-tiap Calon mestilah dinamakan dalam satu Borang Penamaan yang berasingan (dibuat dalam tiga salinan beserta 3 keping gambar berwarna). Borang Penamaan, Borang Akuan, Borang Ejen dan Buku Panduan dan Peraturan Pilihanraya MPP boleh didapati tanpa caj di tempat berikut:
a)Kampus Putrajaya

(i)Pusat Hal Ehwal Pelajar, Aras 2, Bangunan Pengurusan

(ii)Tingkat 6, Pejabat Pentadbiran, Kolej Teknologi Maklumat (COIT)

(iii)Kaunter COE, Aras Bawah, Bangunan Kolej Kejuruteraan (COE)

b)Kampus Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah

(i) Pejabat Pentadbiran

Tiap-tiap salinan Borang Penamaan mestilah ditandatangani oleh seorang "Pencadang" dan seorang "Penyokong" yang berkelayakan untuk mengundi dalam Pilihanraya MPP dan persetujuan bertulis Calon mestilah dicatatkan di atasnya.
Borang Penamaan Calon hendaklah disertakan bersama Surat Akuan yang ditandatangani oleh Dekan bagi Setiap Kampus dan mestilah diserahkan kepada pegawai-pegawai Pilihanraya yang bertugas di tempat Penamaan Calon.
Calon yang telah didapati layak bertanding boleh diisytiharkan " Menang Tanpa Bertanding" bagi kawasan pilihanraya tersebut, jika jumlah Calon sah yang diterima untuk dipertandingkan tidak melebihi daripada jumlah kerusi yang dipertandingkan.
Pelajar-pelajar yang ingin bertanding sebagai Calon diingatkan supaya membeli " Buku Panduan dan Peraturan Pilihanraya MPP Sesi 2009/2010" dengan segera bagi memastikan percalonan Calon tidak ditolak di atas kesilapan-kesilapan mengisi borang atau perkara-perkara yang perlu disediakan (setiap Calon hanya layak bertanding dalam Pilihanraya MPP sekiranya memperolehi sekurang-kurangnya Purata Nilai Gred Kumulatif (PNGK/CGPA) 2.50 bagi penilaian prestasi akademik terkini - sila lampirkan keputusan peperiksaan yang telah disahkan)
Perjalanan Pilihanraya ini akan berpandukan perjalanan dan peraturan Pilihanraya Malaysia (Urusetia Pilihanraya berhak mengikuti peraturan ini setakat mana yang sesuai).
Mulai tarikh notis ini dikeluarkan, maka Majlis Perwakilan Pelajar Universiti Tenaga Nasional Sesi 2008/2009 serta Ahli Jawatankuasa di bawahnya dengan sendirinya DIBUBARKAN.

1. how is the condition of the hostel inside of Uniten? how about security? do u guys rent someplace else?

Nice for a student life style la.. u cant aspect a 3 start hotel style there,,,, else its comfortable.. 4 years i enjoyed my hostel life there...

2. how is the class?is it hands-on? (just like my old college, German-Malaysian Institute where after u learn, straight away do the practical) or is it lecture-based meaning that i had to go to lecture hall, and certain time of the week got practical and tutorial class?

Its hands on n lecture.. per person gt 1 PC... COIT is rich wif good PC.. no worries.. Even during ur FYP gt one special lab for u to do all the trial..

3. as for the practical, how many students per equipment/PC/item?

4. for lecturers, are they some kinda buddies to u? or is it there's an invicible gap between u and them (like other IPTAs)?

some are friendly.. sum re nt.. bt most of the COIT lecture re friendly...

5. I heard there's a job fest once you're on the final semester. is that true?
the carrier carnival is there every year la.. n most of the uniten student we gt job even b4 we gt our scroll... sum of us gt job even b4 sitting for our final exam...

I graduated redi la.. my FYP all lulus redi.. last 16/8/2009 -> was my day... hahahaha....
