STREAMYX SERVICE INTERRUPTION NATIONWIDE

Dear Valued Customers,

We wish to inform our Streamyx customers that Telekom Malaysia Berhad ™ will be performing a network upgrading exercise from 11.00 pm, Friday, 12th June 2009 until 6.00 am, Saturday, 13th June 2009.

As a result, Streamyx customers nationwide may experience a disruption of service during the stipulated period. We would like to assure you that the service would resume to normal after this period.

TM apologizes for any inconvenience caused whilst the same time, we would like to assure you that we are upgrading our network to enable us to serve you better.
Customers can call TM at 100 and select “Internet Services” or e-mail us at help@tm.com.my for any Streamyx related problems.

hmm... not only the speed is farking slow. the customer service was farking stupid too...

i reported 4 times in 4 months (every month got problems)... nobody attended. a few days ago, i screamed at the customer service then today only technician called.

i cant download shit coz afraid the line got dc'ed. i always leave the pc to download and set it to shutdown after finished. last week coz the connection was frequently dc'ed, my pc was left turned on for 2 days (i was outstationed) with no aircond or fan. luckily nothing happened.

this week is the worst... even can't shoot shit in cod4. latency 250++. how to play? if got connected, it'll be so slow. if got dc'ed, it'll be long b4 it connect again.

ip range... for the past weeks i've been trying to get 60.xxx like normal... fark... it seems like there was no more 60.xxx. once i tried like 40 times turning the modem on and off to get it but only stucked at 115.xxx. now also still 115.xxx wtf.

upgrading they say??? huh downgrade perhaps... still thinking like the people is still stupid like them.

had thought abt upgrading the speed to whateva highest but if service like this... hell no.

and opening HK and taiwan become impossible without proxy
with proxy also slow.....
Dn't know what break again.......damn them!!!!!!!!

They always bring us abnormal time...if everything is ok,we will feel unusual.

damn...international line became very slow since last week...talk about their reason of upgrading, maybe they upgrading the device to throttle BT or download? not upgrade the speed and line performance

they called me asked me to post ss and email them for d high ping latency. but now no prob for me for a sudden.

My conclusion is,waiting TM to improve their service is just like a miracle.

Recently im facing extreme slowdown from streamyx that Megaupload wont jalan AT ALL!
Even when i get 60.x.x.x ip.
124 or something else ip will be worse!
Local connection is still fine.
International is TURTLE.
Locatio: Bentong Pahang!
Damn streamyx!
