It's one of their excuse anyway. There arent upgrading. The company is losing money and they are cutting down everything so that they can leech more money frm customers.

for some reason my torrent is fast... so yesterday i ended up sleeping while torrenting
 until now speed is good with utorrent 1.9... never reached 100kB/s, always 70~90kB/s still considered fast huh? |

kempas denai area, speed is ok before 12pm around 50-80kbps, then 1pm keep dcing and any website cannot load. now 1.20pm still got problem accessing other forums..
